Salary to 45k DOE – Pension & Flexible Benefits, On Site Parking - close to Railway station

Our client is an Industry award winning Broker who has been operating and Serving clients in Warwickshire and on a National Basis for over 25 years.

They are trading from Modern office complex which is easily accessed from the A46 or the Train station.

You will be required to Service and Develop a Mixed book of business containing all classes with premiums ranging from £1,000 to £250,000 in premium.

You will be assisted by an account handler on the daily handling on the book with Mid-term adjustments and the processing of Documentation.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has the following: -

• At least 5 years commercial/corporate Account executive experience
• Experience of development of existing accounts.
• A candidate who has the personality and confidence to develop relationships in a Commercial / Corporate market.
• Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and clients.
• A proven record of a high retention rate of a book of business.
• Progress towards CII qualifications would be desirable.
