Our client is a respected Provincial Broker who have been trading for over 30 years and a reputation of the highest standard in the market

Due to continued expansion they are now looking for experienced commercial insurance account handler to work in the Motor trade team

If you have insurance experience in commercial insurance particularly Motor trade and commercial motor, then our client would like to discuss these exciting new positions with you. 

Requirements of the position

o   Manage client bank to ensure that you give them the advice and guidance required.

o   Ensure that all relevant checks are carried out to validate the quality of the client.

o   Develop good communications with all other areas of the business and with clients.

o   Complete detailed reviews of the insurance requirements of existing and potential new clients.

o   Negotiate with Underwriters in placing, amending or renewing clients' policies.

o   Ensure that all documentation associated with placing, amending or renewing clients' policies is completed in a reasonable timescale and is accurate.

o   This will include issuing instructions to Accounts Department for relevant financial transactions to be completed.

o   Provide risk advice/management to clients.

o   Contribute towards the development of a high Company image of professionalism, competence and client satisfaction.

o   Assist when required with the Accounts function of the business in carrying out credit control with relevant clients.

o   Previous use of open Gi desirable
