Salary – To 45k basic + Car Allowance, Bonus, DIS, Onsite Parking and other flexible Benefits

Our client is a National Company providing Loss Adjusting and claims handling Services across the United Kingdom and on an International Basis.  They have over 250 employees and now due to continued expansion they require an Experienced Liability claims Adjuster / handler in their Birmingham Office.

The claims you will have in your portfolio will be:

·         Employers Liability

·         Public and Products Liability

·         Environmental Liability

·         Professional Liability

·         Industrial Disease.

The Service our client is looking for you to provide will include: -

·         Liability Investigation

·         Full 360 claims handling from first notification to settlement

·         Liability Advice

·         Full reporting including Photographs and all Document collection

·         Witness reports and Statements

Requirements for the position

·         Excellent communicator with sound negotiation and investigation skills

·         Ability to work both as part of a team and under own initiative

·         Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines and service standards

·         High degree of IT literacy / competency

·         Ability to maintain a flexible approach always

·         Relevant ACII / ACIL Qualifications

Please note for this position you must have the relevant Commercial Liability experience in claims – Not Motor Insurance
