Our clients are a highly successful Wealth Management company based in Hertfordshire requiring a Growth and Business Development Manager to look after an existing book of clients, Manage a team of financial Advisors and have a good head on their shoulders with business development, and team support in mind.

Exciting opportunity for the next steps in a Financial Services career.

You are fully Diploma Level 4 qualified and have at least 10+ years offering holistic financial planning to UK clients.

You have a natural, proactive coaching style and know how to lift the morale and performance levels of a field-based sales team.

You have experience supporting advisers with lead generation opportunities including a particular focus on referrals and introducer opportunities

You have some relevant experience in the corporate and HNW Private Client

You may have IHT or pensions experience which would be an advantage
