Group Schemes Administrator Vacancy – Ellesmere Port - Salary £18,000 to £21,000A Financial Planning company in Ellesmere Port are looking for a Group Schemes Administrator to join the team. Working alongside the Client Relationship Managers you will be responsible for:
- · Processing new business applications (and following cases through to issue and payment)
- · Processing claims
- · Liaising with and handling queries from scheme members, employers and/or HR
- · Processing and record changes to members personal details
- · Checking and issue of policy documents to scheme members
- · Processing scheme leavers and joiners
- · Issuing annual statements to scheme members
- · Uploading monthly GPP premiums on product provider systems
- · Processing group scheme renewals
- · Preparing and issuing invoices to employers
- · Manage and update the benefits portal
Once fully trained you will be responsible for managing your own clients, so to be successful you will need excellent attention to detail and a good work ethic and your CV will demonstrate excellent Financial Services Administration experience.
