We are working with a well-established national distribution business and they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the business for a 6 month contract.
The role would report into Key Directors and would be responsible for a high profile recruitment project in the business. This would involve the design, day to day management and execution to ensure the successful completion of the recruitment project. Key duties would include;
Management and overseeing of the recruitment campaign for 200 permanent employees (drivers / couriers)
Candidate attraction, sourcing, screening and management of the full cycle recruitment process
Working with regional directors to ensure the project is centrally managed across multiple sites
Supporting managers with interviewing and the offer process
Management of the candidate tracking process
Management of compliance for new recruits
Supporting with the probation and induction process
Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience is achieved in line with company profile
Working closely with the human resources team.
Ensure all candidate data is kept in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
For this role it is essential that candidates have experience working at this level, leading on high volume recruitment campaigns and be confident managing the full recruitment process. Ideally candidates will have experience within logistics, distribution or similar blue collar recruitment
The role will be working on a high profile recruitment campaign, so they need someone who can hit the ground running and can manage this project effectively from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, with the ability to manage your own workload and initiative in this fast paced environment.
