Due to expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Web Developer & Support Analyst to join the IT Team with a well-established international fashion brand. With offices based within easy reach from Nottingham, Sheffield and the Derbyshire areas, there is the option of working flexibility to split your time between home and onsite.

This is a brand-new position where you will use your web systems knowledge in this interesting and varied role to help, support and maintain the Ecommerce Website, joining a  friendly web management team to improve website performance.

This role is ideal for an individual who really enjoys working as part of a small IT team with a wide remit, working with IT colleagues and the wider business, to define requirements and brief them into the appropriate Web development team.

You will act as a main point of contact with our 3rd party Web Development Agency and manage deliverables from the Web Agency. In addition, you will be working closely with our Marketing and Customer Services Departments to provide the very best possible user experience. Personable, hard-working, and with high levels of attention to detail, will make you the ideal candidate who  is a great team player, good multi tasker, with strong analytical skills.

To succeed in this role you will possess a strong working knowledge of:

• HTML and JavaScript
• PHP and MySQL
• The LAMP stack
• Frontend testing

The ideal candidate would have experience in some or all of the following:

• Ecommerce principals and best practice
• Magento 2
• WordPress
• Laravel framework
• API integrations
