Our clients are expanding and require an Employee Benefits Consultant. They have a very strong arm in Wealth Management which has many years of experience and a very good reputation.

You will be responsible for searching and assessing client needs and securing employee benefits sales.  You will be supported by the Head of the Benefits Platform Sales working together to hit sales targets.  You will promote group insurance products as well as other products (Life/living benefits, Group RSP/Pension etc.) depending on the clients’ needs.  In the main, we expect that your role will be focused on new business rather than existing business, so it is vital that you have a consultative approach and are able to support prospective clients and give confidence in the advice and support you are providing.

You will be responsible for providing a full range of consulting services covering mainly Healthcare (Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plans, Dental, Life, Income Protection) arrangements with exposure to Group Risk and Pensions.

  • Employed
  • Basic 50k depending on experience but negotiable
  • OTE £70-£80k
  • Looking for experience applicants who work with companies who have 50 to 500 employees.(SME)
  • Experience in renewing – PMI, Life, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, Dental benefits
  • Applicant can be based anywhere but would be required to come in to the main office in St Albans at regular intervals
  • Level 4 or above qualified is an advantage
  • Hybrid role working from home with occassional trips to the office in St Albans. Would prefer within a 30 miles commute
