Job InformationWe are working exclusively with a Tech business that has exciting growth plans and who are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Manager to join the business ASAP.
This is a new role reporting into the HR Director and would have full autonomy on building and managing the Talent Acquisition team and support the business with their exciting growth plans and company objectives. The key focus of the role would be to set up all recruitment processors throughout the full recruitment cycle, build a strong employer brand and ensure the business provides a positive candidate experience at all levels, attracting the best talent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to implement their own ideas and work in an entrepreneurial environment. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
-Managing the full recruitment cycle initially in a standalone role and then recruiting a team of 3 people
-Assist the HR Director with the annual and bi-annually recruitment strategy, in line with the company growth plans
-Ensure the recruitment strategy supports the needs of the business but is flexible to cope with changes in the organisation
-Set up all recruitment processors and recruitment best practice, from initial engagement through to candidate on-boarding
-Identify company culture and values, building a strong recruitment brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience
-Identify, select and implementation of an effective recruitment ATS system
-Identifying current and future hiring needs to include the full recruitment cycle in a fast growing and high-volume recruitment environment
-Manage and oversee all aspects of recruitment; advertising job openings. sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, supporting the business / stakeholders with all recruitment activities and in line with business objectives.
-Taking comprehensive job briefs from hiring managers, including designing job descriptions and advising on current market conditions.
-Training and supporting hiring managers throughout the interview process
-Searching and identifying relevant candidates through networking, LinkedIn, head-hunting, talent mapping, advertising, referrals, job boards etc.
-Effectively delivering offers to candidates and managing the full offer process
-Becoming an expert in the market and knowledgeable about competitors and key players in the market.
-Attend appropriate exhibitions & events as required and subscribe to all relevant daily email updates on market information.
-Contribute and roll out initiatives on areas such as on-boarding, training, company benefits, probation reviews and staff retention
-Maintaining the recruitment agency preferred suppliers list, regular communication with recruitment agencies and a review of the effectiveness of the PSL
-Maintaining and updating relevant social media pages to ensure a positive recruitment brand
For this role it is essential that candidates have proven recruitment experience at this level, either internal / in-house recruitment or from an agency. Ideally candidates will have experience within Tech, FinTech, IT sectors (or similar) and must hold experience of recruiting across all areas of the business form graduate through to board level, within a high volume and fast paced environment.
Ideally candidates will have experience of establishing a new recruitment team, setting up all aspects of an effective recruitment process and selection and implementation of an ATS system. Or otherwise, be confident in doing this!
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, in addition to building and developing relationships with key stakeholders and external contacts.
