For this role it is essential that candidates have proven experience at this level and ideally hold CIPD Level 7 (or be studying towards). Tech, Fintech or IT sector experience (or similar) would be good for this role, although not essential.

Ideally candidates will hold experience of establishing a new HR team, setting up an effective operational HR function, selection, and implementation of a HR system. Or otherwise, be confident in doing this!

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, in addition to building and developing relationships with key stakeholders and external contacts.

This is a new and exciting opportunity and will offer candidates the experience to work in an autonomous role and deliver on their own ideas. There is excellent scope to take on more responsibility and progress within the business, so ideal for ambitious candidates.
