We are working with an established charity / leisure business, and they are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator / Internal Recruiter to join the business.
 
Reporting into the Head of HR the role will work as part of a busy HR team and will have responsibility for managing all areas of recruitment - form start to finish. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Managing and supporting the business will high volume recruitment - c30 + roles at any time.
-Provide administration support to the Human Resources team, assisting the Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Officer where required and participate in HR projects as required.
-Liaison with the business on recruitment needs and writing job descriptions
-Drafting and placing advertisements, shortlisting CV’s, arranging and attending interviews
-Managing the offer process, obtaining references, sending out offer letters, doing relevant checks
-Ensuring the recruitment process is conducted in accordance with legislative requirements
-Attending recruitment fayres and presenting to groups.
-Preparation and issue of appointment documentation and contracts of employment for all employees including informing Payroll, liaison with Occupational Health.
-Advising line managers and employees on the recruitment policy and procedure.
-Management of the HR Careers Inbox ensuring all correspondence is dealt with accurately and within specified timeframes.
-Booking of rooms and all required catering and equipment needed.
-Processing of documentation to Payroll regarding changes to staff conditions of service, salaries/wages, and starters/leavers.
-Maintaining appropriate records and databases including inputting and updating records on HRS (Human Resources System), HRS audits and personal file audits.
 
For this role it is essential that candidates have previous recruitment or strong administration experience as this is a busy and hands on role.
 
Excellent communication skills are essential, and the ability manage your worn workload this is a fast paced and hands on position.
 
As this will be working as part of the HR team and also providing ad-hoc HR admin support, this would be ideal for an individual looking to develop a longer-term career within HR.
