Salary to 100k DOE (pro rata for 4 days a week) + Exceptional Benefits 

Our client is one of the country’s Leading Real Estate Mangers in the United Kingdom which has a Heritage dating back over 200 years

Our clients Property Portfolio covers Residential, Retail and Leisure in London and Surrounding areas and they are now looking for an Insurance Manager To ensure the provision of and on-going management of appropriate, cost-effective insurance cover to protect the business against potential risks

Overview of the Position

·         Determine of the level of insurance protection required to safeguard the business against potential risks considering availability of cover and the level of cover obtained by peer group.

·         The effective placement of the Estate insurance portfolio at reasonable prices. 

·         Effective working with insurance providers in arranging the cover and on claims management, settlement, and negotiation so as to provide an exemplary level of service to internal and external customers.

·         Ensure that all insurance requirements are identified and considered, and that cover is arranged as required. Covers include residential and commercial premises owned by our client property, rent, property owners’ liability, engineering and contract works

·         In respect of our client’s domestic business operations: financial lines, employers’ liability, public liability, cyber, hotels, office contents and business interruption  

·         Manage our clients claims in conjunction with Insurers, Brokers and Underwriters
