A busy successful firm of advisers are looking to recruit an industry experienced (IFA) Senior Administrator to join a fast paced, friendly and supportive team. 

This is a Hybrid role 3 days in office 2 from home, It is an intial12 month maternity cover with potential of a permanent postion. 

Financial Services qualifications or part qualifications would be an advantage.  

You will provide support for the senior Partner of the firm, managing his diary, helping to build client relationships with excellent administration support, and will be aided in this role by an assistant.  Therefore, industry experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise are essential, as are typing skills.  

Ideally, you'll be an experienced Senior Administrator with some experience of working with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Intelligent Office (IO), Virtual Cabinet, and The Exchange.

Duties:

Diary Management

Making and confirming client appointments on adviser’s behalf.

 

General Correspondence

Updating database with any relevant information (change of address etc).

Preparing and recording invoices as required. 

Schedules/meeting preparation

Preparing client schedules updating policy information held on database, liaising with insurance companies and other providers as necessary. 

Ensuring client anti-money laundering evidence is obtained, in date, correctly certified and recorded on database and file. 

Ad hoc preparation of quotations and application packs when required (usually done by Paraplanning Team). 

Processing New Business

Check application form, AMLID, client report etc 

Prepare a new client file

Movement of funds onto platform for investment, communication with Investment Team and clients 

Issuing of policy documentation where appropriate. 

Servicing

Communicating with Investment Team to ensure new monies are invested where appropriate

Record funds received and paid out on clients plans on AO.

Record platform fees due and request these via spreadsheet on a weekly basis (liaising with Investment Manager).
