Our client has been trading for over 35 years as one of Coventry’s leading Independent Insurance Brokers dealing in Personal lines insurance, Household, Motor and Scheme business.

Due to continued growth in the Motor insurance and Personal lines department  they are now looking for an experienced Personal Lines Handler.  This is an office based position and will include Saturday’s 8am -12 noon on a Rotation basis

The day to day business will Be handling phone enquiries or customers who visit the office for new quotations, midterm adjustments and renewals of various Insurance Policy’s.

This is a fast paced office where no two days are the same, but if you have the desire to succeed you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary and career development

You must have Personal lines experience and be from an insurance background.  Use of the Open GI trading platform would be desirable but not essential.

In your position of personal lines handler you will deal with the Following:-

·         New Business Quotations at the counter or over the phone

·         Mid Term Adjustments

·         Renewals

·         Cross Selling of Associated products

Progression towards insurance qualifications would be desirable but assistance will be given to the right candidate.
