• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced, whole-of-market Mortgage Advisors.
• Provide ongoing coaching, business development strategies, and KPI management to drive team performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Financial Services Director to ensure team goals align with company objectives.
• Proactively recruit experienced Mortgage Advisors across the West Midlands, leveraging social media, recruitment teams, and referrals.
• Conduct regular one-to-one coaching sessions, performance assessments, and business growth planning.
• Support and guide Mortgage Brokers to increase business levels, build professional introducer relationships, and enhance personal earnings.
• Maintain compliance and uphold the highest professional standards in all business dealings.

• Proven Leadership: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or Mortgage Supervisor, with a track record of successfully leading high-performing teams.
• Mortgage Expertise: Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification and a deep understanding of whole-of-market mortgage and protection products.
• Recruitment & Team Growth: Strong ability to attract, onboard, and retain top mortgage professionals.
• Performance Management: Skilled in tracking KPIs, setting performance goals, and implementing strategies to achieve success.
• Business Development: Ability to help Mortgage Brokers grow their business, find new introducers, and enhance their market presence.
• Location: Home-based with easy access to key locations within the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Stourbridge, Sutton Coldfield, Oldbury, and West Bromwich.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with advisors, introducers, and clients.
• Professionalism & Compliance: Clean credit history, full UK driving license, and no criminal convictions.

• High Earnings Potential: With financial guarantees up to £75,000 for 9 months, bonuses, and commissions, you can achieve an OTE of £95,000+.
