Your Role as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Broker – Based in Cannock

As a key member of the Cannock mortgage team, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial consultations with clients in Cannock and surrounding areas
Advising on suitable mortgage products based on client goals and financial position
Managing end-to-end mortgage application processes
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth transactions
Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company standards
Building lasting relationships and providing world-class customer service
Consistently exceeding sales and service targets in our fast-paced Cannock office

What We’re Looking For

CeMAP 1 qualified (or working toward completion) – essential
Must live within a commutable distance to Cannock
Previous sales, customer service, or financial services experience
Clean credit history and full UK driving licence
A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to commit to training, compliance, and professional development
