• Act as a Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies and introducers across East London and Essex.
• Manage a high volume of mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and lender requirements.
• Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring a seamless and transparent mortgage application process.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, maximizing your earning potential.

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a successful track record.
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of whole-of-market mortgage products and protection solutions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently 1 in a home-based environment.   
• Ability to manage your own diary and workload effectively.
• Clean credit history and full UK driving license.
