This home-based position offers high earnings, remote flexibility, 15–20 quality leads per week, and full back-office support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients across Bedfordshire and remotely
• Handle 15–20 new quality leads weekly passed through marketing, introducers, and internal referrals
• Advise on residential, remortgages, first-time buyer, and buy-to-let mortgages
• Deliver compliant and professional advice in accordance with FCA regulations
• Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and administrators to progress mortgage applications
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of brokers and mortgage administrators
About You:
We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker who is passionate, motivated and eager to take control of their career and earnings.
✅ CeMAP or equivalent qualification
✅ CAS status preferred (but not essential)
✅ Proven experience providing regulated mortgage advice
✅ Backgrounds from DA, AR, banking, or estate agency will be considered
✅ Excellent telephone manner, written communication, and organisational skills
✅ Able to work autonomously and manage your own diary
✅ Based in or near Bedfordshire (e.g., Luton, Bedford, Dunstable, Biggleswade, etc.)
What You’ll Get:
• Basic Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 DOE
