💼 Role Overview – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Swindon

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker in Swindon, you will:

• Receive full training and mentoring to develop a deep understanding of the UK mortgage and protection markets.

• Engage clients in initial consultations to assess financial status and mortgage needs.

• Research and recommend whole-of-market mortgage solutions from an extensive lender panel.

• Work closely with clients to submit and process mortgage applications efficiently.

• Communicate regularly with estate agents, solicitors, and lenders.

• Deliver exceptional client service from first call to mortgage completion.

• Work towards and exceed individual sales targets for high earnings potential.

• Participate in structured workshops and training days to achieve CeMAP 1 and further development.

 

 

🧠 Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity in Swindon, candidates must have:

• CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) – essential

• Previous sales or customer service experience (retail, finance, estate agency, or telesales)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Clean credit history and no CCJs

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Passion for personal development and a strong work ethic

• A confident, self-starter attitude and an eagerness to grow in financial services
