SME / Commercial Insurance Account Handler – City of London

Salary: Up to £45k (DOE) + Bonus, Pension & Benefits

Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler looking for a new challenge in the City of London? Or perhaps you're seeking to re-enter the insurance broking world?

Join our client, a leading commercial insurance broker with over 30 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and play a key role in managing a diverse commercial book of business.

What you'll do:

  • Support Account Directors with daily account administration (invoices, summaries, certificates).
  • Present risks to underwriters and negotiate terms.
  • Liaise directly with insurers and clients.
  • Manage your own portfolio of smaller commercial clients through the full insurance cycle.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for other insurance products.
  • Utilize online quote facilities (full training provided).

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Experience with Acturis is a plus!
