Job Information

Supporting a small team of experienced Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors. Duties and responsibilities will include:

·         Processing new business applications across the key financial products

·         Submitting transactions and trade requests including fund switches on and off Platform

·         Obtaining illustrations and product literature

·         Obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations

·         Preparing review packs for client meetings

·         Acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers/Directors

·         Liaising with products providers

·         Actioning Letters of Authority

·         Maintaining accurate client records

 

The candidate:

·         Minimum of 5 years IFA/Financial Planning Administration experience (Essential)

·         Knowledge of Provider Platforms (Essential)

·         Experience of using XPlan (or similar) (Essential)

·         CashCalc (or similar) (Desirable)

·         FE Analytics (Desirable)
