Your Role as a Mortgage Associate Partner

As a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor, you will be self-employed but not alone. With this model, you’ll run your own mortgage business, supported by tried-and-tested tools and industry insight. You’ll offer whole of market mortgage advice and associated protection products, serving your existing clients and growing your pipeline through brand-driven enquiries.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor (minimum 12–24 months advising)

• CeMAP or equivalent qualified

• Strong existing client base (desirable)

• Motivated to grow your own business while working from home

• Looking for high earnings, greater flexibility, and brand-led support

• Confident in delivering whole of market mortgage and protection advice

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering client-focused solutions
