Key Responsibilities – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker

• Develop expert knowledge of mortgage and protection products, compliance frameworks, and the home buying process

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their financial needs and long-term goals

• Source and recommend the most appropriate mortgage solutions from a comprehensive lender panel

• Submit fully compliant applications and manage the full client journey from enquiry to completion

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders in the South Yorkshire area

• Hit and exceed KPIs to unlock high earnings and career progression

• Continue your learning and development, completing all stages of CeMAP (starting with CeMAP 1)

 

 

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP 1 qualified (or studying towards it) – essential

• Previous experience in sales, estate agency, retail banking, or customer service preferred

• Professional communication skills and a consultative sales approach

• Clean credit history and a valid UK driving licence

• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a target-based role

• A desire to become a top-performing Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker and build a career for the long term
