What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of 2–3 completed mortgage cases per week
• Conduct full fact-finds, assess client needs, and offer tailored solutions
• Maintain FCA-compliant records and provide exceptional client service
• Convert leads from estate agency introducers and referral streams
• Upsell protection products (life, critical illness, income protection)

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) – Essential (CeMAP 1+ accepted)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong background in mortgage and protection sales
• Excellent communication, sales, and time-management skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions
