We are seeking a results-driven, fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor to join a high-performing team offering warm leads, administrative support, and unrivalled earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice both in-person and remotely.

• Sales Excellence: Match clients with suitable mortgage and protection products, ensuring a seamless application process.

• Lead Generation: Proactively convert leads from a thriving estate agency team and cultivate referrals from existing clients.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advice and processes comply with FCA regulations and internal quality standards.

• Relationship Management: Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with clients, introducers, and professional connections.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – minimum Level 1.

• Proven track record in mortgage sales, ideally within an estate agency or brokerage environment.

• Strong understanding of mortgage criteria, lender policies, and protection products.

• Excellent communication, listening, and consultative sales skills.

• High attention to detail and a compliance-first mindset.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
