Key Responsibilities – Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Provide professional, fully compliant mortgage and protection advice across residential, remortgage, and buy-to-let markets.

• Work exclusively with all leads provided – no cold calling required.

• Manage your diary and client appointments as part of a flexible home-based role.

• Deliver tailored solutions from a comprehensive panel of lenders and protection providers.

• Ensure exceptional client service throughout the mortgage journey.

• Liaise with underwriters, solicitors, and administrators for smooth case progression.

• Maintain knowledge of FCA regulations, product changes, and industry updates.

Candidate Requirements – Do You Fit the Role?

To be considered for this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role, you must have:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

• At least 6–12 months of mortgage advisory experience.

• Motivation and discipline to succeed in a home-based role.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and client service skills.

• A driven, proactive attitude with a focus on results and compliance.
