We are seeking a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join their team in a fully home based role. With all leads provided, full back-office support, and a realistic OTE of £50k–£60k, this opportunity offers career security, flexibility, and genuine high earnings potential.

You’ll be providing remote mortgage and protection advice to clients across Berkshire, including Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Windsor, Wokingham, and Newbury, while benefiting from a steady stream of pre-qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Provide professional, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice remotely via phone, video, or occasional face-to-face.

• Work efficiently with all leads provided – no cold calling.

• Manage your pipeline and ensure smooth progression from application to completion.

• Build long-term client relationships, generating referrals and repeat business.

• Stay up to date with market changes, FCA requirements, and lender criteria.

• £27,000 – £29,000 basic salary (DOE, including car allowance).

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role, you will need:

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Ability to thrive in a home based environment.

• Clean credit history and full UK driving licence.
