Overview

Are you an experienced Equity Release Advisor or Equity Release Broker seeking a home-based role with high earnings potential? Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a highly respected, directly authorised firm that is expanding its team across Peterborough and the East Midlands.

This is a unique opportunity to provide expert, FCA-regulated financial advice to clients aged 55 and over, helping them unlock property wealth through lifetime mortgages and home reversion schemes. You’ll benefit from 3–4 qualified leads per week, while also earning enhanced commission for self-generated business, offering truly high earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Equity Release Advisor / Equity Release Broker covering the Peterborough area, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Management: Handle 3–4 qualified, pre-booked leads each week.

• Client Relationships: Build long-term relationships through phone and video consultations, tailoring advice to individual client needs.

• Expert Guidance: Deliver impartial, comprehensive advice on equity release products including lifetime mortgages and home reversion plans.

• Process Management: Guide clients from the initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

• Compliance & Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equity release regulations, FCA guidelines, and product developments.

• Sales Achievement: Work within a professional, target-driven environment to maximise performance and achieve high earnings potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: CeMAP & ER1 (or equivalent) required, with at least 2 years’ experience as an Equity Release Advisor or Equity Release Broker.

• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of later-life lending, equity release products, and the wider financial services landscape.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients remotely.

• Autonomy: Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting, managing your own diary and pipeline.

• Motivation: A driven, self-motivated professional with a strong desire to succeed and earn high earnings.

• IT Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and confident using video platforms.
