Key Responsibilities

As a professional Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor in Reading, you will:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess affordability, needs, and goals.

• Advise on a wide range of whole-of-market mortgage products, tailored to each client.

• Provide clear explanations of mortgage and protection options in client-friendly language.

• Manage the mortgage process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• Work closely with lenders, underwriters, and solicitors to progress cases to completion.

• Deliver expert advice on protection to secure clients’ financial futures.

• Maximise introducer opportunities from the estate agency to deliver results and drive high earnings.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and professional Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker with:

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.

• In-depth knowledge of the UK mortgage market and whole-of-market products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-focused approach.

• Ability to simplify complex financial products for clients.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple mortgage cases.

• A self-motivated, ambitious personality with the desire to achieve high earnings.

• Proficiency in CRM and sourcing systems.

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent, e.g., CF6).
