This hybrid-working role offers the ideal balance: 3 days in the office in Newbury and 2 days working from home, with only 1 Saturday in 4 required (covered remotely).

Key Responsibilities

As a professional Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor in Newbury, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive financial consultations to assess client needs, goals, and affordability.

• Advise on a wide range of whole-of-market mortgage products, tailoring solutions to individual client requirements.

• Provide clear, client-friendly explanations of mortgage and protection options.

• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring compliance and a seamless client journey.

• Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and solicitors to ensure timely case completion.

• Deliver expert protection advice alongside mortgage recommendations.

• Maximise introducer opportunities to generate consistent results and achieve high earnings.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a confident and driven Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker with:

• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in mortgage advice.

• Excellent knowledge of the UK mortgage market and whole-of-market products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-focused approach.

• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and simply.

• Highly organised with strong case management skills.

• A motivated, self-starting personality with ambition to achieve high earnings.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software.

• CeMAP (or equivalent qualification, such as CF6).
