With an average property value of over £400,000, and access to properties up to £2.5 million, alongside more than 70 property sales per month, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to consistently achieve high earnings in a supportive and successful environment.

This role is offered on a hybrid-working basis – 3 days in the Slough office and 2 days from home – with just 1 Saturday in 4 required (covered remotely). It provides the perfect balance of flexibility, career progression, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a professional Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor in Slough, you will:

• Conduct detailed fact-finding consultations with clients to fully assess financial circumstances, affordability, and future goals.

• Advise on a broad range of whole-of-market mortgage products, creating tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Clearly explain mortgage and protection products in straightforward, client-friendly language.

• Manage the full mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

• Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and solicitors to ensure a smooth process from application to completion.

• Provide expert protection advice, ensuring clients are fully protected alongside their mortgage.

• Maximise introducer opportunities from the estate agency to consistently achieve high earnings.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and client-focused Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker with:

• At least 2 years’ proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.

• Strong understanding of the UK mortgage market and whole-of-market products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-first approach.

• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.

• Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple applications effectively.

• A motivated, self-starter attitude with a drive to achieve high earnings.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software.

• CeMAP (or equivalent qualification such as CF6).
