Due to a consistent flow of new client business, our client is expanding their team and seeking an ambitious and driven Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join their growing office.

With a strong introducer network, referrals from professional partners, and hot leads generated daily, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated financial services professional to build a lucrative career with the security of an employed position.

What’s on Offer

• High earnings: £65,000 – £80,000 OTE per year

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000 + commission

• Average case value of £2,100 with advisors banking £17,000+ per month

• Monthly commissions averaging £2,700+

• 30+ quality new leads every month – no cold calling

• Full mortgage admin support, so you can focus on advising and writing business

• Supportive office environment in Canvey Island, Essex

• Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays

The Role

As a successful Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker in the Canvey Island, Essex office, you will:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients

• Handle 2–3 mortgage cases per week, supported by experienced mortgage administrators

• Manage client relationships from application through to completion

• Advise on a wide range of products including residential mortgages, life insurance, critical illness cover, ASU, mortgage payment protection, IPP, and buildings & contents insurance

• Work closely with introducers and professional partners to maximise business opportunities

Requirements

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker (CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 & CF6 essential)

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience offering mortgage advice

• Track record of delivering results in a sales-driven environment

• Strong knowledge of residential mortgages and protection products

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
