This Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker position offers a rare blend of stability, quality clients, and the infrastructure to achieve high earnings quickly. You will work alongside motivated estate agency colleagues and benefit from a trusted local brand presence across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients
 • Deliver exceptional service in line with FCA and company compliance standards
 • Manage your caseload efficiently, averaging 2–3 completed mortgage cases per week
 • Maximise opportunities for remortgages and protection across your client base
 • Handle affordability assessments, credit checks and risk evaluations
 • Liaise with estate agency teams to convert leads into successful completions
 • Maintain up-to-date product and criteria knowledge across all lenders

You will have access to an established client database, 10+ new appointments per week, and a consistent supply of motivated homebuyers across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Longton and Hanley.

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent mortgage qualification) – essential
 • Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
 • Experience across residential, remortgage, buy-to-let and protection cases
 • Strong relationship-building, communication and sales skills
 • Excellent understanding of mortgage criteria and compliance requirements
 • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
 • Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions (essential for FCA registration)
