The Opportunity

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with the estate-agency sales team to deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fact-finds and deliver personalised mortgage and protection advice both face-to-face and remotely
 • Work with estate-agency colleagues to convert warm leads into successful completions
 • Maintain a strong understanding of mortgage criteria, lender policies, and protection products
 • Manage a busy pipeline while ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and company standards
 • Build long-term relationships with clients and introducers to generate repeat and referral business

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role in Crewe, you will need to be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and have proven experience in mortgage sales within either an estate-agency or brokerage environment.

You should be highly organised, professional, and confident in a consultative sales setting. Strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and a compliance-first mindset are essential, alongside a proactive approach to client service and lead conversion.
