Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a highly regarded whole-of-market brokerage that is expanding across the West Midlands. The business provides a constant stream of pre-qualified client appointments, allowing you to focus solely on delivering outstanding mortgage and protection advice without the need for cold calling.

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary of £27,000 – £29,000 including car allowance, with monthly financial guarantees for the first six months to support your transition. The uncapped commission structure offers realistic on-target earnings between £50,000 and £60,000+, with genuine high earnings potential as your pipeline grows.

Each week, you will receive five to seven pre-qualified appointments from motivated clients, ensuring a steady flow of business. Working from home, you’ll have access to a dedicated administration and compliance team who handle the back-office support, allowing you to concentrate on advising and closing cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker who wants to work remotely while enjoying structure, stability, and the potential for high income.

In this role, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients across the West Midlands, ensuring every recommendation meets both client needs and FCA standards. You will manage your own diary and caseload, handle five to seven new appointments per week, and maintain excellent client communication from application through to completion.

You’ll also identify remortgage and protection opportunities, ensuring clients receive a comprehensive service. Working collaboratively with introducers and internal teams, you’ll deliver a professional and compliant advisory experience that drives both client satisfaction and consistent high earnings.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with a minimum of six to twelve months’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker. You’ll be a strong communicator with a consultative approach, capable of building rapport quickly over phone or video calls.

The position suits self-motivated and professional individuals who enjoy working independently from home while maintaining structure and focus. You should also have a clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions, in line with FCA registration requirements.
