As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will receive a steady flow of seven to ten pre-qualified client appointments every week from well-established estate-agency branches across Kent. You will also have access to a substantial existing database for remortgage and protection opportunities. Working from home, you will provide whole-of-market advice on residential, remortgage, buy-to-let, and new-build cases, fully supported by dedicated administration and compliance teams.

This Mortgage Broker role offers the infrastructure, tools, and reputation needed to deliver exceptional results while giving you the independence to manage your day efficiently from home.

In this position, you will deliver comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients throughout Kent. You will convert estate-agency-generated leads into successful completions, identify opportunities for remortgage and protection sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers. Maintaining FCA compliance and high service standards will be at the core of your day-to-day activity.

You’ll benefit from a competitive basic salary of up to £31,000 plus uncapped commission, offering realistic high earnings of £55,000 in year one and £65,000+ in year two. To succeed in this home-working Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker position, you must hold at least CeMAP Level 1 (or equivalent qualification) and have a minimum of one to two years’ proven experience in mortgage and protection advice. You will be confident advising on whole-of-market products, capable of converting leads effectively, and passionate about providing the best outcomes for your clients. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and professionalism are essential. Candidates should be based in Kent or within one hour of Rochester.
