As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will work in a busy Thanet branch generating 7–10 new first appointments each week. You’ll provide professional mortgage and protection advice on residential, remortgage, and buy-to-let cases, with property values regularly reaching £750,000. In addition to high-quality branch leads, you will have access to a strong remortgage pipeline and an established client base.

You will work closely with the in-branch sales team, converting new enquiries into successful applications and delivering exceptional client experiences that generate referrals and repeat business.

You will deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients across Kent, offering solutions that meet both their short- and long-term financial needs. You’ll manage your own pipeline efficiently, maintain FCA compliance, and ensure every client receives transparent, personalised advice. Collaboration with estate-agency colleagues and introducers will be central to your success, helping you maintain consistent activity and high earnings potential.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus a car or car allowance and an uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE is £45,000 in year one, rising to £65,000+ in year two. With 7–10 high-quality appointments each week, a constant remortgage pipeline, and full administration support, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

To be considered, you must be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified to at least Level 1 and have a proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker within a target-driven environment.
