Key Responsibilities – Home-Working Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Provide professional, fully compliant mortgage and protection advice across residential, remortgage, and buy-to-let cases.

• Work exclusively with all leads provided – no cold calling or self-generation required (unless you wish to).

• Manage your diary, appointments, and client work as part of a flexible home-working structure.

• Deliver personalised mortgage and protection solutions across a comprehensive lender and insurer panel.

• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the mortgage process.

• Liaise with solicitors, underwriters, administrators, and lenders to ensure smooth case progression.

• Stay up to date with lending criteria, FCA regulations, market changes, and best practice.

 

Candidate Requirements – Are You the Right Fit?

To be considered for this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role, you must have:

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification

• A minimum of 6–12 months of mortgage advisory experience

• Strong communication, organisational, and client management skills

• The drive, motivation, and discipline needed for a home-working environment

• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service with full FCA compliance
