Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Hybrid – Wokingham

 

Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the Wokingham branch + remote working

Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £50,000–£60,000

Hours: Full-time – including 1 in 4 Saturdays

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to represent an established, highly reputable mortgage brokerage in Wokingham that is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join on an employed basis.

 

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days per week in the Wokingham branch, with the remaining days working from home. With a consistent flow of warm pre-qualified leads from a major online estate agency and local estate-agency partners, this position offers exceptional stability, structure and earning potential.

• Employed Salary: £30,000 basic + realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000

• Hybrid Working: 2–3 days per week in-branch, remainder remote

• 1 in 4 Saturdays required, with a day off in lieu

• Conduct client consultations to understand financial objectives and mortgage needs

• Research and recommend whole-of-market mortgage solutions

• Manage the full mortgage and protection process from initial enquiry to completion

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, underwriters and estate agency partners

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships

• Ensure full FCA compliance and adhere to internal processes and standards

• Attend branch meetings and integrate with branch colleagues to support lead flow

 

 

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)

• Strong whole-of-market mortgage knowledge

• Excellent communication, client management and rapport-building skills

• Ability to manage your own pipeline and workload effectively

• Professional, motivated and target-driven approach

• Comfortable working hybrid, including 2–3 days in branch and 1 in 4 Saturdays
