You will work on a remote working basis with full access to a loyal, substantial, and largely untapped existing client base. You will also receive new enquiries and overflow leads from partnered estate agency branches across East London & Essex, including Romford, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Chelmsford, Brentwood, and Southend-on-Sea.

This role suits a pro-active Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker who enjoys remote working, managing their own diary, building relationships, and securing high earnings through consistent appointments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting an existing database of loyal clients, reviewing their mortgage and protection arrangements, and offering suitable, compliant recommendations.

• Working closely with 8–10 estate agency branches across East London and Essex to handle overflow leads and new enquiries from clients purchasing property in the region.

• Managing a remote working diary of 10 new appointments per week (telephone or video), with the expectation of signing 2 new mortgage cases per week.

• Acting as a pro-active Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, generating additional referrals and repeat business.

• Reviewing affordability, sourcing whole-of-market products, and delivering outstanding client service.

• Liaising with estate agents, introducers, and internal teams to provide a seamless end-to-end experience.

• Using CRM systems, maintaining accurate case notes, and following FCA guidelines.

This role requires a pro-active approach, remote working discipline, and a drive for high earnings.

Experience & Requirements

• Fully CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker (essential).

• Previous experience providing regulated mortgage advice.

• Comfortable in a remote working environment, managing your diary independently.

• Proven ability to be pro-active, generate business, and secure referrals.

• Strong communication, rapport-building and relationship-management skills.

• Knowledge of the UK mortgage and protection market.

• Based in or near East London or Essex (Romford, Ilford, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Southend, Barking etc.)

• Stable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
