The Cannock branch is one of the company’s most successful offices, consistently generating 10–12 new mortgage leads per week, providing a constant pipeline of motivated clients. Working closely with the Financial Services-focused estate agency team, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing customers.

For an ambitious Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker looking for high earnings, strong introducer support and excellent progression, this Cannock role offers everything needed to succeed.

Role Responsibilities

As an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor, your core duties will include:

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients purchasing properties throughout Cannock and the wider region.

• Delivering tailored protection advice, including life cover, critical illness and income protection.

• Managing a steady flow of warm estate agency leads (10–12 leads per week).

• Leveraging an extensive existing client database for remortgage opportunities.

• Working with administration and case management teams who will support packaging, compliance and processing, enabling you to focus on client advice.

• Operating within a high-volume estate agency environment that consistently sells over 65 properties per month with average values of £250,000 and sales up to £400,000.

• Producing £20,000+ per month in broker fees, proc fees and protection business, driving high earnings well above industry averages.

This is a premium opportunity for a motivated Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker seeking a busy environment, a supportive manager, and a genuine high earnings pathway.

• Up to £29,000 basic (including car allowance)

• Sliding commission scale 10% – 25%

• Uncapped commission

• Realistic OTE: £50,000 Year 1, £65,000+ Year 2

• Potential to achieve high earnings of £80,000–£100,000+ based on current branch performance
