A rare and exceptional home-based opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wealth Advisor, Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, or IFA to join a long-established and highly successful mortgage brokerage operating across the Thames Valley.

Due to significant business growth and an exceptionally high volume of new client activity, the firm’s network of 20–25 whole-of-market mortgage brokers is generating 20–30 pre-qualified pension and investment leads per month.

The existing Wealth Advisor earns over £60,000+ solely from referred leads, demonstrating the genuine high earnings potential. This is a perfect opportunity for a diploma-qualified advisor who wants a home-based role with consistent lead flow, strong introducer relationships, and long-term client access.

Role Summary

Working as a home-based Wealth Advisor, you will:

• Receive 20–30 pre-qualified pension and investment leads every month

• Access an unrestricted existing client base covering 15+ years of business

• Offer whole-of-market advice across pensions, investments, protection, long-term care, and savings

• Benefit from additional leads passed across from a partnered wealth management firm who cannot handle their current lead volume

• Work closely with incentivised mortgage brokers covering the Thames Valley, from Croydon to Bath

• Receive full administrative support from a proactive team contacting existing clients and promoting financial planning services

This is a genuine high earnings role designed for an experienced Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Financial Planner looking to maximise income through strong lead flow and remote working flexibility.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, whole-of-market pension and investment advice

• Conduct pension consolidation reviews, retirement planning, ISA and investment strategies

• Convert warm leads generated weekly by mortgage brokers and introducers

• Engage with existing long-standing clients to uncover new planning opportunities

• Work as a home-based advisor, managing your diary, meetings, suitability letters and follow-ups

• Build long-term relationships across the firm’s multi-branch mortgage network

• Maintain FCA compliance standards and deliver high-quality advice at all times
