Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to present a home-based opportunity for an experienced, fully CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join an established, independent mortgage brokerage specialising in the new build sector across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding high-growth property markets.

This home-based Mortgage Advisor role is ideal for those motivated by high earnings, consistent quality leads, and the chance to work with major new build developers across key towns such as Luton, Bedford, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, and High Wycombe. With a strong flow of pre-qualified new build enquiries, this is a rare chance to secure a pipeline that genuinely supports high earnings from day one.

Main Duties

As an experienced Mortgage Broker, you will work predominantly on a home-based basis, dealing exclusively with new build mortgage enquiries generated by long-standing developer partnerships across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Key locations include Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham, and Chesham.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a daily flow of high-quality leads from developer sites and referral partners.

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new build and shared ownership buyers.

• Working closely with developers, clients, solicitors, and lenders to ensure smooth progress of applications.

• Targeting £15,000–£20,000 monthly banking, resulting in high earnings of £3,000–£4,000+ monthly in uncapped commission.

• Benefiting from full admin and case-management support so you can focus solely on advising and converting leads.

Key Skills & Experience

We welcome applications only from experienced Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Brokers who meet the following criteria:

• Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with experience giving mortgage and protection advice.

• Strong background in new build, remote/home-working, or whole-of-market broking.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with developers and clients.

• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with a strong focus on high earnings.

• Clean credit history, no unspent convictions, full UK driving licence.

• Located within or near Bedfordshire or Buckinghamshire.

Candidates with new build experience in Luton, Bedford, Dunstable, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury or High Wycombe will have a distinct advantage.
