💼 Role Overview

As a Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker specialising in new build clients across Yorkshire, you will:

• Receive 10–12 new build & shared ownership leads every week

• Offer whole-of-market mortgage advice to residential, first-time buyer, shared ownership, and new build clients

• Work closely with major developers and one of the UK’s largest shared ownership introducers

• Deliver tailored mortgage solutions with both fee-based and non-fee-based options

• Build relationships with new build sites in Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Halifax, Huddersfield, Sheffield, York, Harrogate, Doncaster, and surrounding areas

• Achieve weekly targets of 1–2 mortgage completions

• Manage cases from enquiry to completion while working fully home-based

💷 Remuneration & Earnings Structure

• Basic Salary: Up to £29,000 (including car allowance)

• Commission: 10% – 25% (OTE £55,000–£70,000)

• Financial Guarantee: 6-month guarantee to support early earnings

• Equipment: Full home office equipment provided

• Working Style: 100% home-based Mortgage Broker role

• Experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker (new build experience ideal but not essential)

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Holds Competent Advisor Status (CAS)

• Proven track record in mortgage sales, protection, or new build mortgages

• Resident in Yorkshire with strong local market understanding

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Clean credit, no disciplinary issues, no criminal convictions

• Full UK Driving Licence
