💼 Role Overview

As a Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker supporting new build clients across Gloucestershire and the South West, you will:

• Receive 10–12 new build & shared ownership leads each week

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to first-time buyers, residential purchasers and shared ownership customers

• Work closely with national shared ownership introducers and new build developers

• Tailor advice to meet individual client needs (fee-based and fee-free options)

• Build relationships with new build sites in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Cirencester, and the wider region

• Achieve 1–2 mortgage completions per week

• Manage all cases remotely from enquiry through to completion in a fully home-based environment

💷 Remuneration & High Earnings Structure

• Basic Salary: Up to £29,000 (incl. car allowance)

• Commission: 10% – 25%

• OTE: £55,000–£70,000 (true high earnings)

• Financial Guarantee: 6-month starting guarantee

• Competent Advisor Status (CAS) preferred

• Based in Gloucestershire or the South West with knowledge of local markets

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Clean credit, no compliance issues, and no unspent convictions

• Full UK driving licence
