As a Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker specialising in new build clients across Lincolnshire, you will:

• Receive 10–12 exclusive new build & shared ownership leads weekly

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice

• Support first-time buyers, residential customers and shared ownership applicants

• Work closely with large new build developers and housing associations

• Cover new build sites across Lincoln, Boston, Skegness, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Stamford & surrounding towns

• Convert leads into 1–2 completed cases weekly

• Manage all cases from initial enquiry to completion in a fully home-based environment
