• Handle 8–12 fresh leads weekly from a proactive introducer team

• Access an extensive database of long-standing clients for remortgage and protection opportunities

• Meet with introducers regularly to strengthen relationships and maximise conversion

• Provide fully compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual needs

• Work with whole of market lenders and protection providers

• Convert leads into a minimum of 3 written mortgages per week

• Work with mortgages up to £1m, with an average case size of approx. £3,000

• Liaise with solicitors, lenders, underwriters and clients to ensure smooth progression

• Maintain excellent service levels, communication and client outcomes
