Handling 5–7 new inbound enquiries per day from New Build Developers and mortgage clients

 

Maintaining strong relationships with property developers, introducers and internal advisors

 

Providing clients with a first-class introduction to the mortgage process

 

Qualifying mortgage enquiries confidently and professionally

 

Mortgage Pre-Qualification & Appointment Booking

 

Gathering key financial information to assess client eligibility

 

Obtaining Agreement in Principle (AIP) or Decision in Principle (DIP) ahead of broker appointments

 

Explaining the mortgage journey and preparing clients for their meeting with the in-house Mortgage Broker

 

Booking appointments with the in-house Mortgage Advisor and ensuring complete and accurate handover

 

Customer Service & CRM Management

 

Ensuring all clients receive exceptional service throughout the entire process

 

Updating CRM systems with accurate notes, statuses and documentation

 

Keeping clients, developers and internal teams informed at every stage

 

Managing day-to-day communication with New Build Developers and Sales Teams

 

Team Collaboration

 

Working closely with Mortgage Brokers, Business Development Managers and estate agency partners

 

Ensuring all leads are progressed, followed up and converted efficiently

 

Supporting team performance targets and overall service standards
