Overview – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker

As a Hybrid Mortgage Broker, you will work on a hybrid basis, splitting your time between the flagship estate agency office in Doncaster and remote working. As a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor, you will be embedded within a highly financial-services-focused estate agency environment, benefiting from consistent introductions and a proactive branch team.

Working 3–4 days per week in the Doncaster branch, the Hybrid Mortgage Broker will receive an average of 10 quality mortgage leads per week, generated by experienced sales negotiators and a supportive branch manager. This structure creates outstanding high earnings potential for the right Hybrid Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor working closely with the Doncaster estate agency team

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice as a Hybrid Mortgage Broker

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual appointments

• Receive and convert a minimum of 10 qualified leads per week

• Work with a loyal and warm existing client database to offer remortgage and protection reviews

• Generate repeat business and referrals to support sustained high earnings

• Build strong relationships with estate agency introducers and internal stakeholders

• Maintain FCA-compliant advice standards and excellent client outcomes

• Manage your own pipeline efficiently to maximise high earnings performance

This Doncaster branch has the capacity for a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor or Hybrid Mortgage Broker to bank £150,000+ in proc fees, broker fees, and protection income, delivering exceptional high earnings.

Our client offers flexibility for an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Broker:

• Employed option: Strong basic salary, monthly bonuses, benefits, and uncapped commission

Skills & Experience Required

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Competent Adviser Status (CAS)

• Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Experience working with estate agency or professional introducers preferred

• Strong knowledge of mortgages and associated protection products

• Ambitious, driven, and target-focused with a desire for high earnings

• Professional, personable, and confident in client-facing environments

• Clean credit history, no unresolved complaints or disciplinary issues

• Full UK driving licence

• Residing within easy commuting distance of Doncaster
