Overview – Northamptonshire Hybrid Role

Working from estate agency branches 3–4 days per week across Northamptonshire, the hybrid Mortgage Advisor will benefit from consistent introductions generated by high-performing sales teams. The hybrid Mortgage Broker will typically receive 7–10 high-quality mortgage leads per week, with the volume of properties sold in the area providing exceptional opportunity for sustained high earnings.

Average case sizes are circa £2,000, however the real strength of this role is the sheer transaction volume. The structure and lead flow give a driven hybrid Mortgage Advisor the capacity to bank £180,000+ in proc fees, broker fees and protection income, translating into earnings in excess of £90,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a hybrid Mortgage Advisor working closely with estate agency teams across Northamptonshire

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice as a hybrid Mortgage Broker

• Conduct face-to-face appointments within branch, alongside telephone and virtual consultations

• Convert 7–10 qualified leads per week generated by estate agency introducers

• Proactively manage and nurture a warm existing client database for remortgage and protection reviews

• Build long-term relationships with branch managers, sales negotiators, and introducers

• Maintain FCA-compliant advice standards and exceptional client outcomes

• Manage pipeline efficiently to support consistent performance and high earnings delivery

Employed Option

• Strong basic salary up to £35,000 (including car allowance)

Skills & Experience Required

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Competent Adviser Status (CAS)

• Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Experience working with estate agency or professional introducers preferred

• Strong knowledge of mortgages and associated protection products

• Ambitious, driven, and target-focused mindset

• Professional, personable, and confident in client-facing environments

• Clean credit history with no unresolved complaints or disciplinary matters

• Full UK driving licence

• Based within reasonable commuting distance of Northamptonshire branches
